Room Guidelines
- •Bookings can be made up to 7 days in advance.
- •Arrive on time — late arrivals may find the room reassigned.
- •No food in the meeting room. Light snacks and coffee are permitted.
- •Do not turn off the air conditioning — it affects the cooling system for the entire floor.
- •Leave the room clean and tidy. Dispose of any waste properly.
- •If you need to cancel, please do so via the portal as early as possible.
